Our Services

Our Location: We are located at 1121 E. Southeast Loop 323, Suite 204, Tyler, Tx 75703. Our building is marked as I; Go to the East Wing Entrance. Once you walk into the building’s lobby, we are down the left hallway, the first door on the left, Suite 204.

Telehealth: In addition to in-person sessions, we also provide services via telehealth. This means that once we have an appointment set up, your therapist will send you a link for a secure video conferencing session. Our clients have found this way of therapy easier to fit into their schedules. It also doesn’t limit you to using local therapists either. If you’re located in Texas, we can work together. All you need is a computer, tablet or mobile phone with a reliable internet connection.

*If you are not utilizing insurance

$150 Intake (1.5hr long)

$125 per session hour

Insurance

We currently utilize the platform Headway to process insurance claims from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford. Contact us for more information and to verify your insurance before scheduling.

Cargivers

A parent or caregiver must be on-site during every therapy (including telehealth) session conducted with a minor under the age of 18.

  • The Length of Therapy

    The Length of Therapy

    The length of therapy can vary depending on your specific needs and circumstances. Some come to therapy with a specific issue/concern, and brief therapy can help in as little as 6-8 sessions. Some people come to therapy to explore issues that seem to run a little deeper and may require several months or even years.

  • Intake Session

    First Session

    This session will mostly involve filling out some necessary paperwork, clarifying any questions or concerns that you may have, and covering the basics of confidentiality. We will also begin to identify trauma symptoms so that we can track progress, explore your goals for therapy and the possible ways we can reach your goals.

  • Cancelation Policy

    Cancelation Policy

    We understand that life happens and you may have to cancel/reschedule at times. We do ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. We are happy to try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
